Nestled in the heart of Aurangabad stands prominently in an urban setting. They introduce a meticulously designed residence that seamlessly blends the best of both the worlds- a modern house that stands as a testament to the enduring allure of classic design in a traditional contemporary setting. The design was made into three major philosophies; the surrounding it exists within, the spirit of client, and the essence of the space.

Starting from the ground floor’s conveniently situated parking spots, with servants quarter and landscaping into the marginal area and front entry theme wall that welcomes one with customized traditional craft: elephants and villages theme terracotta moulded hand tiles. With brightly lead wooden ceiling lobby and traditional kuttchi Lipan frame showcasing Ganesha with his different name designed upon the textured wall, greets one at the entrance itself later giving access to the multi floor residence for nuclear family having the only requirement of living together into the same floor hence each floor was made with distinct function with the concept of “form follows function”.

First floor which was meant to be for lesser foot prints that was clearly assigned to be as functional floor and accommodates a big formal living, kitchen and two guest rooms.
