Designed in a contemporary-style for easy maintenance, this home is situated on a tree-lined plot. The house faces east. This two-storied house is constructed by digging up the plot, which is about 70 cm below the road level. The surrounding wall is in an open style in keeping with the contemporary style. Both the gates here are customized with HPL panel and GI pipe. Ivory brown colors are prominent both inside and outside the house.

Designer Salmanul Faris TK designed this house for his sister and brother-in-law. Shameer, an expatriate, is the head of the house here. He put before the designer the requirement of a two-storey house with four bath attached bedrooms, spacious, fresh air and sunlight coming in at all times. The exterior of the house is accentuated by the contemporary-styled box models. Design elements on the elevation include a double height fixed glass window that illuminates the dining area, natural stone cladding on the balcony wall and a natural stone clad pillar installed to ensure privacy for the upper floor. Texture painted. Porch side wall and patio side dithi are highlighted with natural stone cladding.

The porch door has been made double height in order to increase the height of the house. When the porch door is opened, the stair area has been made different. You can enter the interior through the patio that is connected to the living-cum-dining area as well as through the porch. Kia's public spaces follow a policy of openness, with the interior being extremely spacious These are made in an open concept. The family dining is not to be mentioned in relation to the kitchen. The master bedroom is located between the 2 dining rooms.

The flooring is Lapotra Ganite on the porch and glossy finish marble elsewhere. The double height dining room has a full length window to let in the sunlight. Windows are also included in the wall for the same purpose, four arranged in different themes There are bedrooms with bath attached. Customized cylindrical lights brighten up the interior. It's the elegance of neutral colors and the incomparable beauty of modesty that makes this home stand out.
