The Avaradi House renovation project blends restoration with new architectural and interior extensions, aiming for seamless integration between internal and external spaces. Strategically designed openings usher in abundant natural light and ventilation, fostering a harmonious connection with the surroundings. While the house's volume remains unchanged, a double-height living room adds a dynamic vertical dimension, visually linking the two levels and introducing a captivating spatial element to the upper floor.

Utilizing teak wood counters, the cool tones of the grey tiles, infusing warmth into the overall aesthetic. A minimalist approach defines the design ethos, characterized by clean lines, uncluttered white forms enhancing spaciousness, and a strong emphasis on privacy.

Balancing neutrality with punctual splashes of color, the design celebrates an earthy material palette, enriched by vernacular design elements that lend character and authenticity. The core objective of creating a warm and serene atmosphere guides every aspect of the project, from correcting proportions to shaping internal geometries.
