Cent Home unfolds across 3 Bedrooms, a Guest Bedroom, a Dining space, a Formal + double-height family living space, a prayer room, and two carefully crafted courtyards. The architectural masterpiece seamlessly blends the client's desires with the inherent beauty of the surroundings, creating a living space that is both functional and breathtaking.

The front facade of Cent Home is a testament to the fusion of tradition and innovation. A terracotta Jaali, meticulously designed to frame the residence, not only adds aesthetic appeal but also serves a practical purpose. This architectural marvel effectively reduces direct sunlight and heat, ensuring a comfortable and sustainable living environment.

At the heart of Cent Home lies the fulfillment of the client's vision. The client sought a serene green open courtyard at the front of the residence, providing privacy from the adjacent street. The design team, embracing the challenge, conceptualized a terracotta screen that not only met the client's requirements but also became a defining feature of the home.

The design process was a journey of weaving client aspirations into a coherent architectural narrative. By methodically addressing each requirement, the design team organically derived the overall concept, allowing the client's vision to shape the essence of Cent Home.

The construction of the terracotta screen posed a unique challenge, as it had never been attempted in the local context. Local laborers, initially daunted by the task, rallied together, led by the skilled hands of Mr. Mujeeb, a visionary mason. With unwavering support and collaboration, the team overcame hurdles to bring the client's dream to life.
