Beautiful house for a Business Man family of 4 with 2 Teenage girls wanted home with 3 Bedroom, Living and family room, dining area, kitchen, study, home office and a Multi-purpose Room with spa toilet. Mr. and Mrs. Patel, wanted an open house plan with maximum light and ventilation to be carried out all across. Colour Palette requirement was of light and white as much as possible with play of few extract colours at few areas which give good overall break to the palette." Concrete Screen Bungalow," their latest architectural and interior design endeavor that seamlessly blends innovative architectural concepts with sophisticated interior aesthetics. This project is a testament to their commitment to creating spaces that not only captivate the eye but also enhance the overall living experience.

The architectural design of "Concrete Screen Bungalow" is characterized by clean lines, geometric precision, and a harmonious integration with the surrounding environment. Exterior is Developed using very Basic and Bold elements of architecture to create a standout facade, having concrete Textured blocks with skewed design & Metal Screen which opens out into a standing balcony. Front Entry part with Metal Pergolas covered with Glass. Overall Material Pallete conceptualized by designer Dolly Pari throughout the bungalow was with Natural materials like Kota Flooring, Wooden Ceiling and Exposed Brick wall in Formal living room. Vastu Principles conplaied during the planning of the bungalow.
