Nestled within the lush coastal expanse of Alibaug, Estate de Revessa is envisioned as a tranquil holiday sanctuary for a young couple and their family — a contemporary retreat that responds intuitively to its natural context. Designed as a seamless extension of its verdant surroundings, the estate embodies quiet luxury through a refined architectural vocabulary of clean lines, open volumes, and fluid spatial transitions between indoors and out.

Drawing from a modernist sensibility, the home is thoughtfully oriented to immerse its inhabitants in the landscape. Expansive, floor-to-ceiling apertures on either side frame uninterrupted views of the garden and pool, allowing natural light to flood the interiors while establishing a constant visual dialogue with nature. Here, the architecture becomes a vessel for serenity — dissolving barriers between built and unbuilt, and inviting the landscape deep into the living experience.

At the core of the home lies a generous outdoor haven — a carefully curated extension of the interiors that hosts a swimming pool, an open-air bar, and a relaxed lounge zone. This alfresco setting is conceived as a multipurpose social spine, effortlessly shifting between intimate family moments and convivial gatherings beneath the stars.

The interior design adopts a restrained, coastal-inspired material palette that foregrounds subtlety and sophistication. Soft monotones create a calming canvas that highlights curated artworks and tactile décor elements, lending the spaces both depth and personality. Each of the four bedrooms, along with a snug den, is designed as a private cocoon — intimate yet connected, offering moments of repose and solitude within the larger narrative of the home.
