Connecting with two brothers' houses, “HOUSE B-23” is a residential project with a built-up area of 2500 sq. Ft on a 1470 sq. Ft plot in Dahod, Gujarat. This 3-BHK is modern and simplistic and designed to fuse simplicity and elegance.

The elevation of the house is the most iconic point, with its clean lines and use of natural materials. Tile and brick cladding define the façade, imparting a sense of elegance and warmth to the structure.

Large openings and double-height spaces create a dramatic presence while permitting ample natural light to flood the interiors. These frames connect the house with the surrounding nature, making it feel alive with the sounds and sights of the area. The vision extends beyond mere aesthetics, heading to create a harmonious living environment that fosters community and promotes a high quality of life.

A geometrical layout creates a fascinating visual for the exterior facade. MS-fabricated canopy with hanging light adds a contemporary touch to the top floor.
