Upon entering, a well-defined foyer gracefully leads to a formal living room on the left, while a dramatic spiral staircase commands attention. The ground floor features two bedrooms, complemented by two more bedrooms and an additional living area on the first floor. A subtle glimpse of a tranquil pool house is offered from the south, hinting at the serene outdoor sanctuary awaiting beyond.

The interior palette is a sophisticated interplay of textures and tones. Warm beige Italian marble and wooden tile flooring create a calming base, beautifully contrasted by dark grey and white Plastered walls that add depth and visual interest. Intricate wood finishes and white patterns on the ceilings and walls, combined with thoughtfully placed wooden elements, establish a rhythmic visual language that subtly connects the entire home.
