Taking inspiration from crystal therapy, Jade is a stone that does not demand from you. But instead, it gives you all the love and courage you need to raise your own vibrations, tap into your dreams, and welcome all the wonderful things that want to come to you. Keeping in mind it’s calming and soothing properties, they designed Jade 171.

An Artistic Boutique Luxury Residence which is designed around principles of a calm, peaceful and nurturing environment for the clients. A 3400 sq. ft. 4BHK overlooking green hills consisting of a large Living & Dining area, 2 large Balconies, Entrance Foyer, Kitchen, TV lounge, Kid’s Room and an ensuite each for the Parents & the Client. Each design element of the house is bespoke and minimal to maintain the design philosophy; with organic shapes, sustainable fabrics, soft curves & edges, shades of green and ample natural light.

The client had a clear brief that she needed a luxury residence with minimal maintenance. They suggested a vibrant space over a muted colour palette with organic shapes & new textures which allowed us to achieve what was desired. The use of green allowed us to bring the nature inside complimenting the green hills: green outdoor & indoor.

For most of our project the flooring is the most important selection as it is the base to the canvas but for this one we had to change the approach as flooring and internal walls was something untouchable. They tackled this challenged by allowing the flooring to take the back seat and introduced exotic Brazilian stone wall, sustainable hand-woven fabric, Sabyasachi wallpapers & organic shaped furniture.

The styling choices for the project have been out of our comfort zone. The decor pieces chosen for this project are in bold shapes and vibrant contrast colours creating the dramatic contrast against the green hues of the space. An interwoven space that has balanced ambience, soothing colour hues and healing energy.
