This blend of smart, sustainable technology and sleek Mediterranean design is both space-saving and energy-efficient. The lift's three-sided access allows for versatile movement, enhancing the home's functionality without compromising its aesthetic appeal.

Mediterranean-inspired interiors, with warm, earthy tones and natural materials like rattan, lime wash, and wood, create an inviting ambiance that radiates timeless elegance.

High ceilings and large windows are defining features of Lujo, maximizing natural light and enhancing the sense of space. The interiors reflect the azure hues of the Mediterranean Sea, while Swarovski white marble and lime concrete in subtle colours celebrate the double-height volumes and natural light. Bespoke furniture by House & Beyond further accentuates this home's luxurious yet earthy feel. Simple, elegant designs made from natural materials like wood and wicker, combined with soft-hued fabrics, colourful textiles, pottery, and ceramics, create a cosy and comfortable ambiance. Soft, diffused lighting, including wall sconces, pendant lights, and table lamps with warm-toned shades, enhances the Mediterranean aesthetic, with dimmer switches allowing for adjustable lighting to suit any mood.

Lujo, with its 12-column grid layout, is a Mediterranean-themed delight. House & Beyond has crafted a retreat that is both functional and visually striking. As Ar.
