The volumetric space becomes one of the different takeaways, with the dining area sheltered with a concrete ceiling engraved with parched concentric circles. It is centred with a lighting piece, skeletal in nature. The structure mimics the engraving of the ceiling above and is supported by a thin truss clinging to the top. The rings of the piece support the randomly placed orbs, gently bringing the spaces below together and casting their relaxed light once the sky outside dims.
On the wall facing the dining room, the artwork integrates itself with the foliage around it. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room with a contemporary style etched to its walls. Modular in nature, the drawers and shutters are finished in acrylic. Using cream-coloured Dado tiles on the kitchen walls not only contrasts with the olive green and charcoal tones of the storage cabinets but also adds a fine layer of texture against the smooth finish of acrylic.

The family lounge is generous, giving off a feeling of grounded luxury. Its L-shaped window connects the insides to the patio and the garden ahead in the homeliest way. The procured galicha flooring separates the family room from the rest of the floor and has a very modest feeling to it. It is in direct contact with the kitchen through a breakfast counter, perfect for hosting gatherings, big and small.

Guest Bedroom of Pravah by I K Architects
The guest bedroom indulges in the same symphony of receiving luscious sun with the French window letting you admire the landscape outside. The puja room is a petite space, sharing its boundary with the family room. It is partially obscured from the rest with a fluted partition, the deity sitting against the carved marble backdrop. The staircase instils interest as one ascends towards the upper floor while giving an ethereal feeling through the skylight on the ceiling. The metal-framed light piece is specially crafted. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms located, along with a storage room behind the lift shaft. The bedroom facing the garden is shared by the pair of siblings. The bed back has tones of grey and blue, facing a study area that is standing on a marble inlaid Kota stone flooring.

The master suite on the opposite end delves into a zen mode. Unassuming and with a peaceful candour, the white and wooden accents truly seep in for a tranquil haven. The partition of the study area defines and separates the private and work zones. Both of the bedrooms are connected to their mini terraces and balconies. The second floor houses a home theatre and a master bedroom.
The terrace is accessible through the passageway, hosting partially covered and open-to-sky seating. It is in sync with the rest of the house through diagonal strips of green and white in the flooring. The theatre is occupied with acoustical treatment in terms of the wooden flooring and acoustical panelling. The L-shaped seating is lounge chairs in a grey shade, in complete neutrality to the artwork bestowed on the partition wall. The master bedroom overlooks the garden with its through-and-through windows. Manifesting a worry-free space, the bedroom gives off solace in rattan and textures.
The main garden area adjoining the ground floor has a gazebo seating across the yard. A water body gurgles beside it, the gentle sounds of water cascading through the space. Pravah is a reminder of how thoughtful design will make it incredibly convenient for one to pause, take a break and rewind.
