It’s a 3 BHK apartment 1200+ sqft. started at civil stage. Client gave them free hand with moderate level budget range. They are thrilled to present a contemporary interior design concept considering Vastu that emphasizes bringing life to a space without a false ceiling. Their objective was to create an environment that is open, roomy, visually appealing, and in line with current design trends. This project entail a thorough design of the area using cutting-edge solutions to improve comfort, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.

The primary objective of this project was to eliminate the false ceiling utilize the maximum height of the space. This creates a sense of openness and airiness while adding an contemporary-chic aesthetic.

With the absence of a false ceiling, strategic lighting design becomes crucial. They have integrated a combination of pendant lights, profile lighting, surface lights and wall sconces to illuminate the space effectively while highlighting interior features and focal points.

The layout designed to optimize space utilization and flow. This involve repositioning furniture, creating functional zones, and maximizing natural light ingress. Careful consideration in material selection to achieve a cohesive and modern look. This include flooring, sleek hardwood and minimalist yet durable furnishings.

A carefully curated color palette and textures are been chosen to add depth and visual interest to the space. Neutral tones with pops of bold accent colors are been utilized to create contrast and focal points along with the customized art work by different artist. Throughout the design process, close collaboration with the client, developers and all the agencies were maintained to ensure that their vision, preferences, and lifestyle needs are seamlessly integrated into the final design.
