The material palette is a combination of sandstone, marble, wood and lime plaster which helps in creating a rustic, yet refined ambiance. The rough-hewn beauty of sandstone coexists harmoniously with the smooth elegance of lime plaster.

Innovative use of custom-designed wooden grills, strategically placed throughout the structure, these grills serve a dual purpose – not only do they offer visual privacy in certain areas, but they also contribute to the overall aesthetic by introducing a sense of rhythm and texture.

At the forefront of ground floor level lies the concept of fluidity, where boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces blur effortlessly.
