The orientation is also leveraged for outdoor spaces, ensuring that they are comfortable and well-lit throughout the day. This plot, with its smart use of balconies, skylights, and green pockets, offers a comfortable and inviting home for a young couple and their child within the dynamic urban setting.

The floor plan includes a thoughtfully designed living area, a compact dining, a well-appointed kitchen, and two comfortable bedrooms. This layout caters to the needs of the family, promoting a comfortable and functional lifestyle.

The design is a testament to maximizing every inch of space. Interior walls have been strategically minimized to enhance usability and create an open, airy ambiance. This approach ensures that every square meter serves a purpose, promoting an uncluttered and spacious feel.

The architecture prioritizes natural lighting with the inclusion of strategically placed skylights. These skylights allow the residence to capture maximum sunlight throughout the day, reducing the need for artificial lighting and fostering a connection with the outdoors.

The design incorporates balconies that project outward, extending the living space and providing a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor areas. These balconies not only offer additional space but also create an inviting environment for relaxation and socializing.

An innovative feature of this design is the integration of green pockets. The built-up structure is lifted to stilt level, allowing for the creation of elevated green spaces.
