Inspired by the form, texture and requirement of a habitable space, Mystique evolved into a functional design with dynamic facade. Swinging balconies and terraces give a very unique and one of its kind facades to the building. It also brings out relationship between the indoor & the outdoor spaces for the families.

Each individual unit is carefully planned to respond to its specific position within the site. Large full height glass windows, combined with balcony overhangs clad with FRP maximize the views.

The dynamic nature to the facade is provided by extending floor slabs forming shaded external balconies with glass, steel handrails and balustrades.

All the materials used, from the facade articulation to the hardscape and landscape elements, are selected to complement the existing palette and character of their surroundings. FRP and sand stone for cladding materials with soft hues of brown and white have been used to blend the building harmoniously into its existing context.

Using FRP panels for cladding accentuates the user's experience of the balcony and offers passer by a point of interest from the road.

The modernist architectural language of the facade is extended inwards in the design of the interior spaces. With very rich in materials, detailing and facilities, the end result is a finely balanced composition of modern architectural language and luxurious living space.
