A Harmonious Blend of Functionality and Aesthetics

Sited this 1000 sq.ft. 3bhk apartment in the developing posh area located in Vadodara city. Client Mr. Maulik Patel basically lives abroad that meant to have liberty to design with very minimal and basic requirement with less maintenance. Yet his belief made them more confident to give their best prioritizing his need. So this apartment gives very contemporary aesthetics with a very simple, clean line. The main challenge they face was to design without any civil changes. So this led them to push themselves delicately. The area consist Living connecting to kitchen dinning with three bedroom. All the bedroom leads to different concept and story.

The living room is a cosy cocoon of whites, beiges and browns. That unfolds the ready louver wall panel besides the sofa with 2 unseen flush door of main entry & parent’s room. The Beauteous couch kept attached to connecting dinning partition led to an art piece for the area. Wooden screening dividing the space adds exquisite character.

The kitchen follows a colour scheme of greys and blacks. The glossy grey laminates and the tinted black glass enhances the beauty of the space, while the design composition ensures functional needs such as storage and ample work-space are met.

Parent’s room as stated before entry from the living panel hide its identity. But entering to the space gives timeless and elegant vibe. It’s a true epithet of tranquillity. Bathed in soft hues of beiges, browns and navy blues, this room projects a calm aura.

While this room gives refreshing and cosy experience accommodating everyday required elements yet leaving ample space. Powder-blue hues are accompanied by soft wooden tones and pure whites.

Room shares a very sophisticated peace, calm mood with use of Greys-whites depicting morning hues and with dark walnut floor contrasts the overall space. Detailed Minimal symmetry wall panel alike the side table and the wardrobe with abstract selected upholstery gets all attentions.
