The bungalow is an attempt to achieve simplicity and elegance, tailored to the client's basic and simple requirements. The design revolves around a stunning double-height courtyard, the central attraction of the house. This airy space connects the living, dining, and recreational areas, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The material palette is thoughtfully chosen to emphasize natural materials, including terracotta bricks, exposed concrete, and terracotta jalli (perforated screens). The south-facing plot allows for ample natural light, while the terracotta bricks on the facade regulate the interior temperature. The terracotta jalli adds a touch of character to the elevation, filtering light and creating an intriguing play of shadows.

The design philosophy is rooted in minimalism, with a focus on clean lines, simple forms, and an emphasis on natural materials. The result is a timeless and cohesive look that sets the bungalow apart from surrounding structures. The terrace, with its front-facing view, is connected to the below green balcony through the double-height space, adding an interesting layer of depth to the overall design.

This bungalow is a testament to the beauty of simplicity, where thoughtful design and natural materials come together to create a serene and inviting space.
